RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All return merchandise requests must be approved prior to returning goods. An RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number will be assigned. Any unauthorized returns will be returned to the customer. All goods returned must be properly packaged to prevent damage as follows:

• Wheels must be in original box with foam cover to protect face area
• Any lugs must be wrapped in protective packings to prevent damage to wheel
• Wheels must not have been mounted on tires
• Send via UPS Ground - No U.S. Mail
• Make sure goods are fully insured
• All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge
• No returns on special-built items
• Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be clearly marked on all boxes and packing slip
• Warranty adjustments are subject to inspection before any credit will be issued. Manufacturer's warranty shall apply to defective goods and are subject to the conditions of manufacturer's written warranty.

Customer shall pay any freight expenses, both ways, for warranty adjustments. When RGA# is assigned, BESTBUYWHEELS.com sales agent will provide detailed instructions on the correct method to use in packaging of the return goods. These methods must be followed to insure acceptance for credit from BESTBUYWHEELS.com. NOTE: All tire and wheel packages shall be properly wrapped before shipment to BESTBUYWHEELS.com. Instructions shall be provided by BESTBUYWHEELS.com sales agent before returning items.
